The "Micro Gas Chromatograph" is a product that supports continuous measurement of process gases by establishing a sampling line from the process, manufactured by I-GRAPHX. By using MEMS in the detector and column, it achieves miniaturization, lightweight design, shorter measurement times, and reduced consumption of sample gas/carrier gas compared to conventional gas chromatographs.
